Philosophy
Dawn says "what motivates me in my work is to share the knowledge and experience I've gained in psychology, health and healing with others. I believe life is a beautiful gift. To fully appreciate this gift we need to take responsibility for ourselves, for what is happening in our bodies and in our lives overall.

If a particular area of our life isn't making us deeply joyful then perhaps we could benefit with learning new skills or uncovering insights about the issue. Acquiring new skills and insights takes us to greater levels of awareness, which will lead to new behaviours. In turn, new behaviours mean new results so our life has fewer problems and greater joy and happiness.

When we learn new ways of responding to challenging situations we find that our stress levels go down and life becomes far more fulfilling. Similarly, simple dietary changes can sometimes produce profound changes in awareness due to the link between diet and our mood and mental functioning.

I have been involved with the fields of personal development and natural health for most of my life, including 10 years of working in this area. It has been my passion to discover the strategies that really work, those that can create shifts for myself and others and it is my pleasure to share these with my clients."
